Given that a student is willing to drop the course, within one week from the enrollment, a 100% refund shall be generated excluding the time and sessions that has been used.
In the case that a student drops before the completion of the discounted package, the student will be charged regular hourly rates for the aircraft rental and instructor fee.
If the student drops the course after one week and within second weeks from the time of enrollment, 50% refund shall be generated for the unused charges.
After second weeks from enrollment, if anyone is to drop any course provided by the school, no refund shall be generated in any circumstances.
Aircraft Rental Policy
Student/Renter shall provide the company with the required insurance, that covers the minimum requirements from the company.
Student/Renter shall always receive and drop the key/folder of the aircraft to the dispatcher/instructor.
Student/Renter shall report the quantity of the fuel left after the flight to the dispatcher.
If student/renter fuel up the aircraft, they should provide the school with a receipt of the fuel purchase for reimbursement.
The reimbursement of fuel shall only be applied for self-serviced fuel purchase and the rate of fuel should not exceed the current rate at that time.
If the aircraft is left untidy, the school shall charge a fee for the clean-up.
Student/Renter shall tie-down the aircraft, use chock after parking, tie up the stick/yolk with the seatbelt harness, and put up the window shades.
Student/Renter should report any damage, technical issue or concerns of the aircraft after the flight.
