The Cessna 172 Skyhawk is an American four-seat, single-engine, high
wing, fixed-wing aircraft made by the Cessna Aircraft Company. This
Cessna model is perfect and ideal for training. The airplane is equipped with
dual nav, dual comms, DME and Garmin which makes flying and learning
easier and fun. Overall Cessna has proven to be the best airplane for pilot
training and is widely used throughout the Globe which is also one of the
reason we have Cessna 172 and 152 here at Genesis flight school. Four
seater Skyhawk have excellent maintenance records and we makes it flyable
throughout the year. Adding to the ideal configuration, our competitive rates
makes us different from the metroplex and keeps our clients satisfied.
Hourly Rate: $155/hr.
Instructor fee: $60/hr(VFR)


Tecnam P- 92
The Tecnam P92 Light is a high wing, two place, and single engine light
airplane equipped with tricycle landing gear. But is not only that. The P92
Light is the plane that gave wings to thousands of pilots. The EAGLET is
the plane for fun, while enjoying beauty inside and out. Moreover, it can be
used for sports pilot and also to gain private pilot license. This light weight
is suitable for beginners and is also comes at very low rate because of its low
operating cost. This plane gives great efficiency, performance and climbrate. Apart from that it has a good useful load, good shoulder room,
incredible crosswind capability, and a practically non-existent stall break
making it fun to fly and easier for training particularly beginners. Also,
getting it at block rate at super low rate will cover up your time building and
can also help you to keep current at low rate and great experience.
Hourly rate: $130/hr.
Instructor fee: $60/hr.
Redbird Simulator
The Redbird FMX is the first flight simulator designed to meet the new challenges faced by modern flight training providers. When it comes to instrument rating simulator pracitise helps students learns complex manuvers such as approaches, holdings, DME arcs etc, almost like real time scenario saving time and money. Pilots that learn primary flight skills in a device that provides accurate motion feedback transition to the real aircraft in less time because they know what it “feels like” to fly. This simulator has proven to be a huge advantageous to the students especially with the instrument rating and its advanced system helps students to be less anxious in the cockpit, have better touch on the controls, and know why you need right rudder in the climb. Interestingly, having a full motion simulator might be even more important for the flight school.
Hourly rate: $100/hr.
Instructor fee: $60/hr.


BLOCK TIME RULES AND PROCEDURES
Block time is prepaid rent for a specific aircraft or ground lessons time at a rate that reflects great savings from “pay as you go rental”. Block times are available in blocks of 10, 20, 50, and 100-hour blocks for use by the renter. For block rates and prices, please contact a Flight Training Express representative. Purchased block hours have an expiration date based on the amount of time purchased. See the table below for explanation.

Fuel surcharges may apply and may be charged to the block time account. Fuel costs are reimbursed at the current price listed on the board in dispatch or as per the fuel receipt, whichever is lower. Please make sure you check this board or check with dispatch to see what the current fuel reimbursement rates are.
The specifics of this agreement are as follows:
1. Block time is for the non-exclusive use of specific make and model aircraft.
2. Block time costs are to be paid in advance prior to the first flight.
3. Any flight flown before the block time is paid, will be charged at the per hour rate.
4. Block time costs cannot be combined with any other discounts that may be available.
5. Block time not used within the completion period will be forfeited.
6. Previous time cannot be added to a new block time at the block time price.
7. Any partial or full payment(s) dedicated to Block Time Package is nonrefundable due to arrangements and deals made by GFS like prepay fuel loads to the airport and purchases of maintenance aircraft parts at wholesale prices in order to save money and being able to provide these discounts to our customers!
